TheSenior Manager, Risk Data Portal will work to identify and resolve theenterprise-wide analytics and digitized control needs of the business. The senior manager will work closely withbusiness unit clients and IT teams to turn data into critical information andknowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. It is essentialthat the senior manager have an understanding of the business at a level ofdetail that enables them to identify and address critical issues. The senior manager must also understand howdata is turned into information and knowledge and how the knowledge supportsand enables key business processes. Thesenior manager must have an in depth understanding of the business environmentand an interest in going beyond the obvious, delving into the source, thedefinition, philosophy, and foundational roots of a data element in order tocreate actionable information. Thisposition will report directly to the Ocwen Risk & Compliance InformationLeader.

Responsibilities

Theprimary function is to work with business unit clients to determine businessrequirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI), and developactionable data strategies. Thisincludes liaising between the business units and the development teams todesign, and document dashboards, alerts, controls and reports. The senior manager conducts analysis offunctional business processes and functional business requirements andparticipates in the development of business cases in the support of processchanges and/or IT projects. The seniormanager will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the customerfacing components of the Risk Data Portal. The key responsibilities are asfollows:

Solicits information on enterprisedirection, goals and industry competitive environment to determine how ownfunction can add value to the organization and to customers.

Manage the requirementsgathering, design and testing aspect of large technical projects and help builda business case around technical projects with many variables and uncertainty

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Bachelor sdegree or equivalent working experience

Minimum 7years experience in an Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science

Minimum 7years experience in a financial services institution, preferably in theresidential mortgage servicing industry

Highlyskilled in the design, development and validation of analytics and controls

Strongleadership and communication skills at senior levels

Hands onleadership roles directly managing data and analytics teams, and driving changewithin large complex global businesses

Track recordof success in delivering information management projects and programs
