This consultative resource will be made available to client accounts where higher-level service packages have been included or based on a paid engagements. The focus of this role is to facilitate value-driven analysis of the ForeSee data, develop billable projects, and consultation with the client around the ForeSee solution.The CX Architect will understand the client's needs by working at senior levels of the organization to provide insight and recommendations for strategic investments in the client's customer's journey.
