The Data and Transaction Analysis Lead will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyze legacy system transaction data for FY17-FY18 to confirm source systems, data standards, and volume/ frequency - input to process and system flows and development of contingency plans

  • Document customer data conversion inventory and requirements

  • Complete data mapping (customer/ Data Store) and define mapping and conversion rules

  • Define data cleansing and conversion approach and detailed plan, to include identification of in-scope data, level of effort, and data migration timeline.

  • Work with Application Development teams on load and extract programs.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with IT or systems modernization projects. Experience must include data analysis, cleansing, and conversion.

  • Minimum of 4 years of project management and team lead experience.

  • US Citizenship Required

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-process teams

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
