ITA International TAASP DMOSQ Training Analyst in Arlington, Virginia

ITA International is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of a DMOSQ Training Analyst in Arlington, VA. of contract.
The Individual Training Branch (ARNG-TRI), Training Division, Army National Guard G-3, Army National Guard Directorate, National Guard Bureau requires the Duty Military Occupational Skills Qualification (DMOSQ) Training Analyst to provide overarching integration and facilitation support for future ARNG MOS producing or reclassification training programs to ensure they are well synchronized with known and projected requirements. Specifically, the DMOSQ Training Analyst will:
Provide recommendations to the ARNG-TRI Plans and Programs Team Chief/ staff on matters relating to Duty MOS Qualification;
Conduct courseware reviews of all DMOSQ producing TATS courses to include technical phases applicable to ARNG Soldiers;
Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of resource requirements for future DMOSQ training;
Work closely with ARNG SME Cells to ensure future DMOSQ course materials are compatible with training in a Reserve Component Institution;
Provide analysis and recommendations on current and future DMOSQ training shortfalls, with emphasis on management of low-density MOSs with lengthy DMOSQ training requirements;
Coordinate with the ARNG Senior Guard Advisors at proponents and ARNG SME Cells to ensure CTSSB requirements are met for all CMF’s;
Provide monthly data on status, throughput and density of DMOSQ training;
Coordinate with the ARNG Readiness Improvement Program (ARIP) to collect, review, analyze and distribute DMOSQ status reports received from States, ARNG Directorates and agencies;
Communicate DMOSQ reports and requirements to all the ARNG stakeholders;
Analyze and assist in rewriting NG PAM 351-1 (TASS), TR 350-18, TR 350-70;
Prepare briefings, detailed notes and packaged reports;
Manage outcomes and deliverables from forums, working groups and meetings for presentations to ARNG leadership;
Assist the Senior Military Requirements Analyst with performing duties with respect to TACITS/SMDR on DMOSQ training, and,
Identify emerging DMOSQ requirements and TASS Transformation related issues.
Possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
Be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Outlook and other software/tools provided on the ANGB Workstation and provided for a specific position:
Experience conducting analysis of DMOSQ training per AR 220-1:
Experience reporting on Privatized Army Lodging (PAL) expenses incurred from ARNG Soldiers with temporary duty (TDY) to Active Duty Installations.
Experience coordinating ATRRS and AFAM reservation/wait reports, constructing TRIT/TRPD UFR reports and DMOSQ statistical analysis:
Experience compiling State of the State folders, reviews of historical and future costs of Schools requirements, Schools UFRs, IERW, and DMOSQ statistics:
Experience conducting courseware assessments of The Army Training System (TATS) courses, and writing IPs or EXSUMs on the assessments.
Experience liaising with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) located regionally throughout the U.S. ensuring future DMOSQ course material is compatible with training in a reserve component institution.
Experience gathering SME personnel feedback, has reviewed course POIs, and has packaged the research in the form of written correspondence, providing recommendations for Government actions and approval.
Experience providing analysis on DMOSQ training shortfalls and report Experience producing analysis, IPs or EXSUMs
