Kforce has a client seeking a Change Management Business Consultant in Atlanta, Georgia (GA).Summary:The Change Management Business Consultant will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.The Change Management Business Consultant will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes. While the Change Management Business Consultant is an individual contributor and does not have supervisory responsibility, this person must work through many others in the organization to succeed. The Change Management Business Consultant may also provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.Position Description:

  • Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program

  • Will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans

  • Create change management strategy and other change collateral such as user stories, change strategies

  • BA/BS degree or 4 years of additional experience required

  • 2 years of experience required

  • Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties

  • Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills

  • Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units

  • Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization

  • Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
