Supports program operations for development and alumni relations staff in a school or unit.
Serve as primary liaison to departments within the school or unit as well as central service departments, working to build mutually beneficial relationships, improve communication and collaborative teamwork, and increase campus understanding of the development process.
May generate briefings, reports, letters, and other materials for the team.
Enters data and updates reports in CRM system, and ensures gifts are processed appropriately.
Develops and provide project management support.
May monitor expenses and budgets.
Schedules and coordinates meetings and events on behalf of team.
Performs other related duties as required.
- A bachelor's degree and one year of experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Additional Job Details:
This position will support Operations for Woodruff Health Sciences Center Development. This position will support various stewardship functions, such as managing the process for acknowledgment letters from WHSC leadership, including creating and managing a weekly dashboard, merging and editing letters, and coordinating signatures and mailing, as well as the endowment report process, such as merging letters and assembling packets. This position will support various operational functions, such as creating budget reports and fundraising reports for WHSC leadership, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and assembling packets during annual planning, and maintaining a detailed organizational chart for WHSC Development. This position will also provide administrative support to the Director of Programs for WHSC Development, including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and filing, and will also provide some administrative support for operations team projects, such as processing invoices, database entry, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
This position reports to the Director of Programs for WHSC Development.
