Kforce Receptionist in Atlanta, Georgia

Kforce has a client that is searching for a Receptionist in Atlanta, GA.Purpose of the position:

  • Create clients for life by providing a high-energy, positive client experience for every individual that enters the office

  • Act as the first point of contact and face of the office

  • Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, clients, visitors, employees and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at the office

  • Assist other members of the office staff and service partners to ensure that all client needs are met

  • Handle flow of people through the office and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately, on time and with high quality

Job Duties:

  • Create clients for life by acting as the first point of contact and face of the office by welcoming all guests to the office with a standard, high-energy greeting

  • Create indelible and positive impression for clients

  • Assist with general office duties, including but not limited to offering and setting out refreshments for clients; keep conference rooms stocked with refreshments and office supplies; assist with ordering food for clients in the office

  • Share duties covering the front desk and incoming phone calls

  • Answer calls routed from the Center of Excellence (call center) and resolve issues for clients or route them to appropriate departments or persons; transfer calls to Center of Excellence where necessary

  • Ensure lobby and conference rooms are neat and tidy, adequately supplied, and professional at all times

  • Coordinate building management and/or maintenance assistance when needed

  • Assist with rush production requests; (i.e. binding transcripts; uploading exhibits)

  • Assist clients with faxes, scanning, and copying as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Where appropriate, assist Service Delivery Coordinator with the following tasks:

  • For all new clients, call ahead of initial deposition to understand the needs of the client

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Prior experience in a customer service driven industry

Required knowledge, skills or abilities:

  • High-energy personality with a penchant for client service and creating clients for life

  • Ability to anticipate and react to client needs

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to learn Company's technology platform
