The candidate will work closely with Chrysler Capital Operations to create and maintain operating metrics around retail and lease penetration targets, pricing benchmarks, approval rates, subvention exclusivity, and service level standards per MPLFA agreement, etc. Responsibilities include but not limited to: support Chrysler Capital Steering Committee through development of standard templates and analysis of ad-hoc agenda items as required; work with FCA US LLC Accounting to ensure proper flow and accuracy of revenue share payments from SCUSA to FCA US LLC; work with SCUSA lease residual forecast group, along with FCA Sales and Marketing Finance to update residual risk-share reserve forecasts and monthly residual balancing.In addition, the Analyst must have a high level of enthusiasm and creativity, be self-motivated, proactive, a self-starter, good presentation skills and can multi-task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Business; if no Bachelor's degree in Business Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Accounting is highly desired•Minimum 5 years (or Master's Degree with 4 years of experience) in finance, accounting or related area comprising one or more of the following is desired: budget and forecasting, comparative financial analysis, financial trend analysis, application of accounting principles, some capital markets knowledge•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook•Ability to manage/construct financial modelsPreferred Qualifications:•Masters in Finance or Accounting•Experience developing financial presentations for senior management review•Strong analytical skills•Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work well with financial services and sales teams•Financial experience in the automotive industry•Results-oriented and must possess the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure resultsFCA US is proud to extend to its employees a compensation and benefits package that is designed to retain their talent and to motivate and reward job performance.
