The Applications Manager, Talent Systems will be a critical member of the HR Operations team responsible for the oversight of recruiting processes and systems, create an environment of strong customer service, and be relentlessly focused on efficient process outcomes and continual improvements. Priorities include creating operational tightness, process excellence, and standardization across recruiting with a focus on efforts such as process mapping, measurement, and quality data control. The right person for this position will be fully accountable for recruiting operations outcomes, and have a proven track record of creating change, applying rigorous process improvement methodologies, and leading operations-heavy teams. The Recruiting Operations Manager will be a partner to affiliate business line leaders in helping to make this vision real and consistently assess progress.

  • Operational management and evolution of the recruiting function, systems and system integrations

  • Directly manage a staff of five individuals while overseeing indirect reports and vendor relationships

  • Building and installing operational mechanisms that create standardization of processes

  • Increasing the function’s overall reliability and productivity

  • Providing transparency and clarity regarding key business outcomes consistent with goals

  • Being an active member of the recruiting operations team whose goal is to transform recruitment activities into an innovative and consistently top-performing recruiting function focused on the candidate experience and internal customer satisfaction

  • Heavy systems and systems integration experience

  • Report writing guru – expert business intelligence skills and a passion to tell the story with numbers/data

  • Analytical and data driven, able to support recommendations and provide consultative advice based on data, trends, and reports

  • 5-7 years of direct responsibility for process outcomes, particularly processes closely tied to talent acquisition

  • Proven people leader and able to influence indirect staff
