This position will focus on testing new applications from the development team.

The location is Birmingham, AL and the contract length is long term.


Test credit risk strategies and the required interfaces with web Services..

Proactively search for and propose enhancements to processes and development.

Test analysis results and recommendations to the senior technical leaders.

Report and collaborate in problem solving process (incidents)


Ad Hoc Queries and understanding of advanced SQL concepts

Understanding of Logical and Physical Data Models

Experience with WebServices. Familiarized with concepts of MVC, JDBC, RESTful, and SOAP

Ability to read and extract data from XML

Basic Scripting (needed for SM)

In a Test-Driven environment, translate application test cases into functional code

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

Familiarity with MEAN stack preferred

Familiarity with WebMethods and ESB layers preferred
