Talent Acquisition Manager
Leading a high-performing, established recruiting team, this role drives all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition across the EMEA region.
Currently the team has two experienced recruiters, a co-ordinator and supports the near-shore centre of excellence in Poland.
The in-house team was set up 5 years ago and is a full life-cycle operation, providing full business-partnering Talent Acquisition capability to the core Sales and Services Business units within the region, as well as all other regional functions.
The EMEA region consists of 14 offices from UK out to Russia and down to South Africa, with 550+ associates.
Currently, this is a full, multi-channel approach with extensive use of Linked In recruiter direct search, third-party research-driven Executive search, an established and highly successful referrals programme and selective agency use. With a very strong focus on quality of hire, the team is responsible for c.85 experienced hires p.a. across all countries in the region and a small, but growing graduate programme.
Fully-integrated into the regional HR function, the team works in partnership with global colleagues in US and APAC.
With the departure of the current leader to a new role, we are looking for an experienced people manager and TA expert to take on the team and lead it to the next stage of capability, supporting JDA's strong growth.
Previous experience of leading or managing in an EMEA in-house Talent Acquisition team
Experience as a TA professional in a consulting, services or technology environment.
Background in experienced hire recruitment
Ability to lead and conduct senior management-level recruitment personally
Clear understanding of key processes and metrics of a successful TA organisation
Experience of working in an international organization, ideally including experience of working in a US headquartered company.
Background in direct sourcing, with an in-depth understanding of multi-channel talent acquisition
Excellent people management skills
Demonstrable, strong business partnering capability.
Further European language abilities highly desirable

Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet concurrent deadlines, organize time and priorities and work well as a member of a global team.
Outstanding inter-personal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the company and globally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to educate and lead on talent acquisition issues with the business.
