We have a unique opportunity for a Manufacturing Test Specialist , on 1st Shift to work with our high-caliber Hydraulic Assembly Group in Burbank, CA.


  • Perform functional test on products or sub-assemblies of hydraulic units or servo valves.

  • Calibrate electronic equipment.

  • Read and understand test procedures, blueprints, and manufacturing outlines.

  • Sets up peripheral equipment for monitoring tests such as electronic strip records, x y plotters, servo amplifiers, pressure panels, function generators, electronic flow measuring devices and dielectric equipment.

  • Prepares test log sheets indicating test results.

  • Works with various hydraulic fluids, water, and dry nitrogen.

  • May suggest changes in testing procedures or to equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • Three years’ experience as a Hydraulic Assembly tester

  • Demonstrated ability to read drawings, MO’s and procedures

  • Demonstrated ability completing complex training modules
