JOB EXPERIENCE Two years experience providing coaching, mentoring, delivering training or related job duties.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIESAssist in the design, development and implementation of professional online and classroom training for a diverse audience. This could include proof reading, testing of processes, research, recording, writing instructions or other tasks. Work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop training material.Assist with needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the training program. Recommend process improvements, curriculum enhancements or new procedures.Maintain an organized inventory of learning materials.Maintain and administers the learning management system as well as other associate-facing platforms.Support the logistics and troubleshooting for training sessions, workshops and events. May include securing locations, room set-up, meals, invites, material preparation and pre-work to ensure a positive learner experience.Maintain and monitor training enrollment and compliance.Conduct online and some in-person training sessions.Keep up to date with processes and procedures and partner on needed changes to training materials.Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best Talent Development practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes. Keep abreast of new eLearning and learning technology trends, methods, and techniques. Provide insight/feedback regarding best practices in eLearning and applications.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIESStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external customers. Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical and multi-tasking skills. Strong presentation, decision-making, problem solving project management and time management skills. Experience facilitating learning with varied methods and environments. Demonstrated experience with learning new software, processes, regulations and other content in order to deliver effective training. Knowledge of adjust learning principles and familiarity with instructional design concept preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
