Summary Individual serves as a change management and organizational communications expert for Transmission projects, initiatives and executive support. This position will support large, business-critical projects and complex initiatives across multiple work groups. Individual will exhibit autonomy in applying tools, methodologies and governance structures that align with business objectives for multiple departments. This position interacts with personnel at all levels, including senior leaders and management in all jurisdictions.

Manages all aspects of change management and organizational communications needed to help meet high-impact, business unit goals. Applies all elements of program/project change management using consistent change management methodology, tools and practices, including but not limited to: sponsorship engagement, stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, risk/issue management, resource planning, financial management, implementation planning, testing, communication, and integration/alignment with other projects and activities.

Responsibilities and Duties Serves in a key role to oversee, implement and communicate change management plans for significant Transmission projects and initiatives. Provides strategic communications support for executive leadership and the organization.

Leads and implements change management strategy and deliverables required by projects and initiatives. Builds and strengthens collaborative partnerships within Transmission and with other organizations to support successful change management strategies. Develops and delivers strategic engagement plans and communications for Transmission leadership. Responsible for maintaining an effective communications process and managing internal communication channels for the organization. Provides internal communications support in significant event/crisis situations to ensure timely and accurate information is relayed to key stakeholders and the organization. Contributes to a safe and positive work environment that emphasizes safety excellence, human performance and operational excellence. Possesses a strong business acumen and provides subject matter expertise for clients, peers and business partners. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree WITH 3-5 years of prior equivalent work related experience OR at least 10 years’ experience in lieu of a degree

Desired Qualifications

Post-Bachelor’s degree (e.g., MBA, Master of Science or equivalent) Three to five years’ experience as department or project change management lead Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication and group presentation skills Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in Demonstrated strong leadership skills Change Management certification Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt and change as business needs change Data analysis and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of systems and processes Job: Human Resources
