Technical Operations Analyst:

  • Provide ongoing Tier 2 technical PC/LAN hardware/software support for Windows XP and Windows 7 desktop environment.

  • Hardware/Software determination, workstation consulting and configuration, and hardware/software installation.

  • Detailed analysis of system problems and design review of server and PC configurations.

  • Serve as liaison between clients, vendors and other technical groups to resolve simple to complex infrastructure issues.

  • Respond to Priority One issues that have large financial impacts.

  • Work rotational shifts.

  • Experience providing tier-2 support in a Windows environment including hardware/software problem determination, consultation, configuration and installation.

  • You exhibit outstanding customer service skills (verbal and written)

  • You demonstrate ability to thrive in fast paced, busy work environment with ability to deliver results while juggling multiple tasks.

  • You exhibit strong documentation and analytical skills.

  • You are willing to work staggered shifts, outside of 8am-5pm.
