ROLE OVERVIEW

Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator/Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to support Operations related to Talent Acquisition for our El Segundo, CA based corporate headquarters. This position will directly support theTA team's overall objective to provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience during our recruitment process especially related to on boarding and headcount tracking.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the operations related to talent acquisition activities, including, but not limited to:

  • Management of head count tracking reporting process and weekly executive communication.
  • Management of on and off boarding communications for employees, temporary workers and consultants.
  • Management of position approval tracking process.
  • Management of invoice approval and tracking.
  • Support / back-up Recruitment Manager with management of temporary staffing needs and relocation cases.
  • Participate in or lead process improvement projects for onboarding process, etc.
  • Coordinate decentralized I-9 process - create templates, communicate with hiring managers and new hires regarding I-9 form process.
  • Create DocuSign offer letters and packets, complete background and drug test process and communicate status updates and results within agreed upon SLA's.
  • Support recruiters and TA team with ad hoc tasks related to candidate coordination and team support.
  • Collaborate with TA Manager to update executive TA activity summaries._ _

Requirements:

Our successful candidate will have excellent business communication skills, both in written and spoken form. They will also have at least 3-5 years of experience, and demonstrated proficiency, with:

  • Providing recruitment coordination support in a fast paced corporate environment.
  • Adapting to changes and competing priorities while maintaining high touch customer service focus for both internal and external customers.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality consistent with a corporate Human Resources department.
  • Practicing exceptional organizational, time management, administrative and customer service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Lync and web-based job boards.
  • Experience working within a large, corporate Talent Acquisition or Human Resources department.
  • Building rapport with candidates, hiring managers and other internal team members.
  • Utilizing excellent interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Excellent diction, grammar, pronunciation and articulation are required.

Preferred, but not required, operational experience with:

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Taleo Business Edition (TBE) strongly preferred.
  • Pre-employment assessment software.

Education:

  • Minimum education required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition.
