TUVA seeks a strong administrative support professional to support a key military healthcare client. This person will work with internal stakeholders, primarily healthcare providers and military staff, to provide assistance with training program access and certification confirmation. As part of this process, the Administrative Specialist will:

  • Provide customer service, coordinate, schedule customer training, and provide administrative support to a team of senior healthcare professionals across multiple locations in the form of liaison and representation, strategic planning support, facilitation, resource management, and program and meeting support.

  • Manage in-person, phone, and email inquiries on the custom medical file access tool and on other projects and be able to answer questions, and guide users through training and certification processes, and confirm and log completion of training.

  • Support all activity to schedule training sessions via the online training system, schedule and confirm meetings, and confirm completion of scheduled pre-training tasks at military installations where training is required.

  • Act as primary point of contact to respond to email inquiries from individuals and groups who need access to online training.

  • Grant system access to individuals who have completed required pre- access training.

  • Complete monthly data report, uploading monthly usage report information.

Qualifications

  • Current Active Secret Clearance

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer service environment

  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience

  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft office suite of products. including Outlook, and Microsoft Word

  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of communications via email and phone

  • Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal

  • Proven experience generating monthly reports

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
