Broad River Furniture Customer Care Service Agent in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Job Descriptions:

Primary Purpose: The Service Department is responsible for assisting the Customer before and after a craftsman visit to ensure that all areas of opportunity have been addressed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Reviewing Service Tickets for accuracy, making correction and providing feedback to reps as necessary

- Reviewing Part Orders for accuracy, ensuring parts have arrived at customer’s home before appointment

- Entering Service Technician notes into ticket after appointments, determining a proper course of action following a craftsman visit to resolve the issue

- Coordinating Protection Plan claims

- Executing position responsibilities to ensure team KPI’s are met

- Assisting others with decisions concerning resolution for damaged items and service processes
Required Experience:

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of or experience in the furniture industry is highly preferred but not required

- Professional appearance and strong work ethic

- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral)

- Strong computer skills

- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
