Purchasing Manager A growing manufacturing company in the Grand Rapids area is looking to create a newly created position for a Purchasing Manager. This Purchasing Manager position manages the purchasing, scheduling, shipping/receiving, logistics, and inventory control functions. As the Purchasing Manager you will provide support to production scheduling on all material flow issues to meet production schedules and customer requirements. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, production schedules, approving all expedited shipments, meeting all production requirements. You will maintain an efficient product flow, continue to improve processes, and be responsible for month-end reporting and will be part of the leadership team that will help the company excel to new levels.
