The position of Junior Accountant reports to the Payroll Manager. The Administrator's main duties are setting up, maintaining and managing all aspects of Deltek/Cost Point Time and Expense module. Responsible for ensuring and reviewing accuracy of all timesheets on a weekly basis. Responsible for verifying that the computing, withholding, or deductions associated with net pay is done properly and in accordance with Company Policy. Responsible to review and reconcile forms associated with federal, state, and local authorities, such as garnishments and unemployment claims. Must be able to reconcile the 941s and W-2s in a timely manner. Calculates leave accruals and leave payments according to Company Policy. Ensures payroll records are updated timely. Must have experience with reconciling payroll to the General Ledger payroll accounts. Must be detail oriented and accurate. Additional duties will include being our Time Administrator for our Deltek Time Keeping System. Must have experience and be proficient within this program.
