Currently, ManTech s Talent Solution Center is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiter (TSR) to join our growing team. The TSR will be part of a Strategic Recruiting team that focuses on building talent pipelines for current and future needs, provide surge recruiting support and assist with job fairs and networking events.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with internal clients to problem solve, create ‘go-to-market strategies, and define the candidate identification strategy for each role

  • Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building

  • Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events

  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging

  • Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications

  • Develop a pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Foster relationships with passive talent and Recruiters

  • Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria

  • Ensure timeliness of recruitment process

  • Will take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention and development programs for ManTech

  • Assist in the opening and closing of personnel requisitions

  • Ensures that ManTech's internal applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are disposition according to OFCCP guidelines; internal candidates are disposition and contacted appropriately; and, interview reports are completed accurately

  • Runs queries of automated system and provides information to management as requested

  • Coordinates and participates in job fairs

  • Serves as an internal consultant regarding staffing needs and projections, and advises on the best course of action to fill open positions

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • Four or more years of relevant recruiting experience, advanced education in lieu of experience

  • Experience within the cleared government contracting environment

  • Experience performing advanced Boolean searching for highly cleared staff

  • Experience partnering with business leaders to define recruiting requirements and assist with staffing plans

  • Experience mapping government labor categories to internal organizations categories

  • Knowledge and ability to follow OFCCP guidelines


Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience to include four to six years of technical recruiting.
