Maintains radiology records to ensure access to and delivery of information.
Uses the radiology information system to identify, loan and track radiology records.
Coordinates record retrieval and delivery for all radiology and clinic appointments, hospital procedures, research projects and other needs as requested.
Assists with the development and implementation of departmental policies concerning the storage, delivery and retrieval of radiology records.
Performs and documents research on missing film files. Performs regular purge and archival of records to remote storage.
HS or Equivalent
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of healthcare experience preferred.
