Qualifications: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?College degree preferredPrevious claim handling experience is a plus.1 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferredMust have a record of high achievement, self-motivation, ability to multi-task competing prioritiesStrong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and research skillsAbility to analyze/reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations while consistently demonstrating honesty, integrity, courtesy and respect when interacting with othersAbility to obtain and maintain licensing to handle claims in required statesAt least two Core DNA badges strongly preferredReside in the state of Maryland.
