Robert Half Office Team Sales Administrative Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana

OfficeTeam is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant for a client on the West side of Indianapolis. This role is temporary to hire and would start ASAP. Duties include:

  • Supporting 5 sales representatives as well as the department head.

  • Extensive reporting in Microsoft Dynamics

  • Tracking of data trends

  • Assist in scheduling sales meeting and board meeting

  • Copies and files documents, work orders, estimates, invoices, etc., as needed

  • Orders and manages office supplies

  • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments

  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

  • Performs other duties as assigned
