Duties and Responsibilities:

Role will align to a geographic banking territory and/or Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMO) in support of Commercial Tier 1 and Commercial/Small Business Tier 3.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, primary interface with clients, (via all forms of communication, phone, email, in person) TMO or Commercial Banking Officer to ensure customer satisfaction in support of facilitating onboarding of services and edit activities for existing clients across all Treasury Management Products & Services. Prepare and coordinate appropriate customer documentation including but not limited to, adding/deleting accounts, addition of new users, update of user profiles, and maintenance of existing users within UMB Direct. Through daily interactions assist clients with product solution needs and implement incremental new Treasury Management Products & Services for on time delivery and ease of facilitation of client training. Assist TMO in creating client proposals (RFP), pricing pro-formas, account schematics and billing activities. Lead and/or facilitate training and education of clients including demos as warranted. Manage resolution of client needs by identifying and coordinating appropriate bank resources by partnering with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and problems are followed through to resolution. Will complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrates attention to detail, strong team player, take end-to-end ownership, drive for results in support of growing the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client

  • Working knowledge of Implementation, Servicing or Operations at a Financial Services Company

  • Working knowledge of all bank platforms, systems, products

  • Demonstrates excellent oral/written communication skills

  • Demonstrates organization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates high motivation, ability to work independently, self-starter

  • Individual must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrate willingness to be innovative

  • Demonstrates Proficiency of Microsoft Office software(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to learn and speak confidently on all Treasury Management Products

  • Knowledge and understanding of Cash Management products and services, including but not limited to, Online Banking platforms, ACH, Wire and Bank Operations

  • Knowledge and understanding of Web-based Treasury applications, including but not limited to Pep+, mainframe, UMB Direct

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • 4 years Commercial Banking or Treasury/Cash Management experience, Customer Service & Sales or experience in related field

  • Client Relationship Management experience.
