We’re seeking an Associate Recruiter based in our Mexico City office. In this role, you will help drive to successful completion all hiring processes that will identify the top talent to transform Western Union and ensure the best candidate experience.

  • Provide full life-cycle support in functional area of Recruiting; may provide recruitment for multiple countries across the region

  • Redefine job descriptions for open positions for hiring manager to ensure advertisements are candidate-facing friendly

  • Screen and evaluate internal and external talent/candidates for assigned area of responsibility

  • Design interview calendar (timing, number, and structure such as individual vs round robin vs panel) and delegate interview scheduling to Recruiting Coordinators

  • Interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks

  • Present candidates and guide/assist hiring managers in the hiring process

  • Coordinate pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements

  • Participate in internal and external job fairs

  • Utilize hiring technology applications to drive staffing workflow, measure performance and report results

  • Works on simple recruiting issues/activities

  • Performs duties under moderate supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures

Required:

  • 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience

  • Demonstrated recruiting and hiring process expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
