The candidate will manage the planning for an extensive network and data center consolidation across the client's enterprise. The candidate's responsibilities will include helping the client and stakeholders understand the as-is IT infrastructure environment, develop and present recommendations on the to-be state, and socialize a detailed roadmap to migrate local network and data center infrastructure to an enterprise environment. The candidate will coordinate the development of migration plans and schedules, and provide subject matter expertise on shared services strategies, and technologies & methods that reduce the IT infrastructure implementation, operations, and maintenance costs. The candidate will conduct in-depth reviews with stakeholders to determine business and IT requirements and will present reports to senior client leadership. The candidate will also make well-thought-out recommendations on complex or ambiguous issues related to IT consolidation, taking into consideration areas such as enterprise architecture, cyber security, and identity and access management.
Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Information Management, or IT related field preferred).
5 years client-facing consulting experience.
7 years of experience supporting Federal in the IT space
3 years of experience with enterprise level projects with MS technologies.
3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
3 years of Project Management Experience (PMP Certification is a plus).
Excellent business acumen, Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Experience with developing strategies to reduce IT costs.
Advanced knowledge of Network and Data Center Operations.
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Proven track record of strong communication and collaboration skills (oral and written; good briefing skills).
Desire to add value to the client and Accenture above and beyond the role.
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
