Under close supervision, performs routine and simple tasks in support of assembly, other process operations, or production testing in support of the Tier 1 Production Team. Follows well-established guidance from specified process instructions and verbalized instructions from other team members. Utilizes hand and power tools, performs final inspections and packaging, builds sub-assemblies, mounts components and parts to assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. Problem-solves individually or as part of a group as job duties require. May be responsible for some training as necessary once trained/qualified. Will be required to rotate throughout the assembly lines or into other positions within the team to meet production requirements.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • No experience required.

  • Ideal candidate possesses the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

  • Must have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.

  • Motivated to continuously improve and learn new skills.

  • May be required to stand continuously, repetitively grasp, push or pull, use fine manipulation with hands, frequently walk, bend, squat, and/or twist.

  • Capable of frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds with assistance for the duration of an 8-10 hour shift.

  • Prior hubs assembly experience in a fast-paced environment or working knowledge of the assembly builds on an OEM team preferred.
