Job Description

Performs coordinationduties and support for the President and the motorcycle team in CustomerObsession implementation, go to market, marketing and events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications:

  • Customer Obsession meetings, schedules, notes, next steps, deliverables, open and closed issues as needed for motorcycle team.

  • Prepares and composes correspondence to customers, dealers on behalf of CEO, President and motorcycle team.

  • Liaison to the International team for Customer Obsession meetings, improvements, deliverables

Coordination:

  • Coordinates round tables, quarterly C.O. socials with different team sites

  • Coordinates multiple calendars for the team, prioritizing with the President which meetings are most important.

  • Making decision to help the President and team work efficiently.

  • Develop & update a yearly motorcycle calendar from the corporate calendar

  • Researches information and supporting data in preparation for meetings, work projects and reports.

  • Schedules appointments, meetings and maintains up to date office calendars.

  • Coordinate the Motorcycle Dealer Council meetings, events and correspondence

  • Assists with and in some cases initiates and completes reports and presentations for various internal and external meetings including PowerPoint Presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, Static and Video images.

Marketing:

  • Assist in planning and execution marketing events

  • Participate in marketing outreach demos and site visits, interacting directly and in-person with customers (ie: demo, events, town halls, etc.)

  • Support efforts for team branding apparel

Team Management Support:

  • Schedules, coordinates, and processes travel for President

  • Initiates the purchase of supplies and equipment as needed by Staff.

  • Performs analytical projects as required.

  • Assists with onboarding of new employees

  • Schedules, Communication, Data/Records management

  • Other assignments as requested and required.
