Johnson Controls Customer Business Manager III in New York, New York
Typical Duties:Leads the operational team to provide the Operation Management offering to Related Properties Hudson Yards Faculties for the purpose of delivering optimized workplace environments. Responsible for designing and meeting Related Properties employee satisfaction objectives, KPIs. Ensure account staff meet procedural and operational requirements for technology package implementation, optimization and utilization. Develops and maintains close working relationships with Related Properties Team, and communicates and promotes best practices in facility management and technology implementation. Ensures that the Team works seamlessly with the Related Properties Finance Team, Program Management Office, Engineering Operations Team and Customer Operations Team. Works with Related Properties Team to identify and facilitate new technologies and alignment with strategic technology goals.
Responsibility Level:Strategic business manager responsible for profitability objectives including contract execution of high tech O&M business with multiple Support Services and Project Management offering. Accountable for facility performance on large, high risk, highly visible agreements. Work with business delivery, quality, safety, human resources and health sites Teams to ensure effective roll out of site needs. Maintains knowledge and expertise, to deliver a single seamless service to campus tenants. Ensures contractual obligations are met. Tracks, analyzes and trends facility operating costs to identify operational efficiency opportunities and generate savings for the customer. Identify and implement best practices. Shares campus standards and aligns integration needs with Construction Design and Implementation Team. Ability to strategically identify and implement new technology offerings aligned with shared vision of campus expansion and operation. Leads the development of the site innovation laboratory and / or innovations sessions.
Knowledge:Expert technical knowledge of facility management & business services. Operational business expertise to effectively integrate critical information from diverse areas. Requires extensive, business and industry knowledge. Skills:Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and communicate effectively with customers.
Education:BS Degree, Masters preferred, PMP preferred Experience:Minimum 10 years
