A Kforce client is a well-known technology firm located in New York, NY. They are searching for a Director of Measurement Products (Display, Video, Mobile, Engagement).Overview:The Product Leader in this critical and highly visible role will have operational and strategic oversight of firm's engagement and measurement products including view ability, audibility, impression authenticity, user experience and engagement related metrics. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of advertising technology including ad serving, view ability measurement, and ad trafficking with experience in consumer engagement, brand lift, attribution scoring or related areas.Be an inspirational leader of products and people, willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example while demonstrating strategic thinking, operational expertise, insightful analysis, attention to detail and the ability to innovate. Ability to effectively represent the products and the company both internally to other firm's teams and externally in the market is a key to success in this role.What you will do:

  • Lead multiple Product Managers, Development Teams and oversee Measurement Technologies to keep the client on the forefront of online media authentication in the areas of view ability, audibility, video and customer experience and engagement

  • Ensure firm's Services related to these product areas are comprehensively available throughout the major areas of the online advertising ecosystem including in display and video creatives across browser, mobile apps, social network and walled garden ad impressions

  • Oversee all view ability, audibility and engagement measurements technologies development

  • Define the product roadmap with Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and R&D based on customer feedback, functional needs, and individual strategic insight

  • Analyze competitive offerings to ensure firms maintains a leadership position for your product lines

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred

  • 6 years as a digital Product Manager with strong preference for Online Media and Advertising Technology experience

  • Exceptional people leadership skills including hiring, managing (directly and indirectly) and training for success within your organization

  • Exceptional data analysis skills

  • Experience leading all areas of product management lifecycle including ideation, prioritization, task identification, development management and commercialization activities

  • Have familiarity with online ad ecosystem and associated measurement techniques and/or metrics

  • Experience managing the development and release of products in fast-paced but coordinated manner

  • Experience communicating complex algorithms, concepts and technologies to internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
