Young & Rubicam Global Content Manager in New York, New York
This is an exciting and high-profile opportunity to support our Global CEO and leadership team.
Responsible for authoring societal and cultural insights, points of view, white papers, industry and global trends, issues that affect us and our clients in the form of written and visual deliverables. This role works alongside the Global CEO and Y&R senior leadership to deliver fact-based analysis and insights on essential and timely company and industry issues.
Lead creation of compelling research, written and visual content on behalf of Global CEO to be presented at clients, conferences, WPP, nonprofit organizations, media partners and more
Manage speaking opportunities: Work with Chief of Staff and Comms team to identify opportunities, review speaking invites and make recommendations for CEO/Y&R participation
Manage full research process collaborating with client teams/strategy/WPP/Tech Partners to access most recent research and thinking across industry
Formulate actionable insights and recommendations based on quantitative data and qualitative input by consolidating all input
Create presentation/deliverable and manage full design process with an eye on maintaining and evolving the Y&R and CEO brand
Own the ongoing research needs for blogs, podcasts, articles, interviews and events for Global CEO and Y&R leadership
Understand, gather, identify research, market analysis, content, case studies, current technology announcements and stories, and Y&R proprietary research to build into CEO's ongoing commentary on the industry
Same as above but deliver for Y&R Comms team (content for Y&R Social Channels)
Partner with Y&R executives and deliver relevant research and insights to support their speaking and writing opportunities
Possibility to own Y&R conferences — identifying external speakers/formulating themes/creating agenda/owning content for internal presentations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with academic focus in strategic communications
1-3+ years related post-graduate experience
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects
Confidence and capability to work closely with executive leadership
Passionate, curious and closely tuned in to how technology and innovation are evolving and their impact on communications and marketing
Proactive, Entrepreneurial, Strategic Critical Thinker
Very strong researcher and master at presentation skills
Disciplined to work alone and also to collaborate with others
