Position Overview

Responsible for managing multiline phone system Manage office supplies and equipment

Maintain break room and copy rooms

Update data for treatment parents

Help maintain office for maintenance and safety issues Medical filing Daily Administrative and clerical responsibilities

Assist with maintaining the Oklahoma City Office on occasion


High School Diploma/GED

BA preferred

Experience in Microsoft Office

Ability to handle multi-line phone

Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Good attitude and high degree of professionalism

Ability to work independently

Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion

Proven track record of successful office management/administrative work
