Description

The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in the success of marketing operations. Serving as a consultant to management, a marketing analyst plans, coordinates, and develops comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of the program assigned. This includes quantitative or qualitative analysis and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans. The Marketing Analyst's goal is to help the program improve effectiveness by determining areas of opportunity and then suggesting improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent experience required

  • 2 years program analyst experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience

  • Travel inventory management experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis tools available including MS Excel, MS Access, and other core company systems such as Hyperion and Oracle

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and computer skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • CRS experience is preferred

  • Strong time management skills, team contributor, and detail oriented

  • Understanding of sales and marketing practices in vacation ownership, preferred

  • Ability to build macros, and comparison systems to review programs and meet customer and leadership needs

  • Ability to effectively communicate and partner with management and peers

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and implement projects without direct reporting control
