Kforce has a client seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA).Summary: The Identity and Access Management Analyst is responsible for on boarding the collection of accounts and entitlements for on premise and cloud applications used for access reviews, access cleanup, creating request able objects for access requests, and for automating fulfillment. The Identity and Access Management Analyst will have a role in the rollout of our new Enterprise Access Governance Program.Position Duties:

  • Onboard accounts and entitlements for applications that support business processes into the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution

  • Configure access request forms, access certification campaigns, and business rules

  • Learn capabilities of RSA Via Lifecycle & Governance

  • Provide on-going operational support and maintenance of IAM solution, including patch management, upgrades, and backup and recovery

  • Provide training to staff on access review campaigns

  • Facilitate access reviews and access revocations

  • Configure automated fulfillment of access requests, revocations, etc. in IAM tool

  • Maintain awareness of latest IAM practices

  • Configure departmental roles and access associated with the role for faster on-boarding and access provisioning of new hires and transfers

  • Design, deploy and implement internal Privileged Identity Management and Identity & Access Management Tools

  • Develop and maintain operational framework for Privileged Account Management

  • Provide guidance to IT staff in workflow, policy and external integration with IAM tool

  • Provide reporting and metrics related to identity and access management

  • Lead functional and technical delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to clients as an individual contributor or team collaborator based on guidance / direction from team leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer-related field; Would consider combination of education and years of experience in place of degree

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT operations/security

  • CISSP Certification is not required but desirable

  • Familiarity with Identity & Access Governance including role based access control, access request and certification

  • Experience with administration, scripting, and installation experience with technology solutions

  • Experience granting and/or provisioning security accesses

  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML desired

  • Ability to query active directory and application databases to build account and entitlement collectors

  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other support partners

  • Understanding of access administration process (provisioning, de-provisioning, transfers)

  • Experience in troubleshooting issues and quickly resolve them in an efficient manner that minimizes downtime

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Able to collaborate with multiple teams including technical and non-technical staff

  • Natural curiosity and ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
