The Cisco Capital US Commercial Financial Solutions Manager is responsible for supporting Cisco’s internal commercial sales teams, customers, and channel partners by generating financing and leasing volume for Cisco’s base of commercial accounts. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work on complex and rewarding sales assignments in a fast paced captive leasing and sales environment. Specifically, this US Commercial West Area FSM will live in Arizona, and serve as part of Cisco’s Commercial West sales team to help facilitate the sale of Cisco products and services in his/her US Commercial Area. This person is responsible for selling financing and leasing in the Commercial West Area accounts in support of Cisco’s quarterly and annual sales goals.
The ideal FSM candidate should be a strong collaboration builder with the flexibility and knowledge to identify and quickly develop the best structured financing transactions for Cisco, its channel partners, and its customers in the Commercial sales environment.
Success in this position requires extensive sales and leasing experience (a minimum of 8 years) working with related technologies and a record of success working with vendor leasing programs and end-user customers. This FSM position will provide you with the opportunity to innovate and add distinct value in a captive leasing environment. Regular FSM activities include regional sales and finance training of Cisco's field sales force, meeting with end-user customers and channel partners to negotiate pricing, financial structures and contracts, and working effectively with financing partners and operations personnel.
-Min. 8 Years Full Time Sales Experience with quota carrying / commission history and successful face-to-face sales experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Ability to drive Enterprise business with high-level Financial Decision Makers.
-Detail oriented with ability to handle many simultaneous sales opportunities at one time. Any lending experience /legal contract experience a plus.
This is a very fast paced environment with a demanding clientele.
Ideal Requirements include:
-Extensive experience selling complex financial and leasing transactions
-10+ years’ experience in medium to large-ticket equipment leasing
-Proven track record of managing long-term relationships with customers
-Proven record of outstanding sales results with emphasis on generating new accounts
-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
-Expectation setting and interpersonal skills required
-BS/BA degree required, MBA a plus.
