Collaborate with the HR Benefits Services Delivery for speedy resolution of concerns. Coordinate with the Labor Relations Manager for employee labor cases. The incumbent is expected to have deep HR experience in the generalist area and in several specialist areas, such as labor, compensation, succession planning, diversity, and/or talent management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Implement HR solutions that enable the business to successfully achieve its objectives.

· Work with the function/business to design people/workforce strategies, create future leaders, and drive a high performance culture.

· Partner with the client organization, the incumbent executes and monitors HR strategies and programs, including performance management, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and career development.

· Conduct of admin hearing, improve employee engagement, spearhead HR Hours and will act as HR Advisor.

· Provide Human Resources support for the Philippines offices through involvement in day-to-day transactions and communications with site managers and employees including interpretation of company policies and procedures.

· Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements


· Minimum of 2 years university and 2 years work experience or Bachelor's Degree.


· Two to four years related experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:

· Well-versed in the local & labor laws, competently updated in the global and fiduciary requirements.

· Demonstrated experience building partnerships, coaching, consulting, and facilitating classroom trainings and presentations.

· Has perspective about how function relates to the business overall and will participate in strategic planning or make process improvement recommendations.

· Ability to identify priorities, organize and manage time effectively.

· Resourceful, accurate, works well with minimal supervision, flexible, with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office program

· Relationships:

o Internal- All levels of the Company’s employees, HR functional Heads and Corporate Human Resource department , Operations Sr. Leaders and Managers

o External- Training/Learning and Development Consultants/ Training Development Providers National and Local Regulatory Agencies, Other BPO companies, etc.

· Handle different functional activities within HR. This person normally wears the "HR HAT” and highly recognized as the HR Expert.

· Effectively act as a company representative. Does a lot of client-facing activities.

· Ability to quickly update and disseminate procedures to meet changing customer needs and to adapt to new environments.

· Considered as Subject Matter Expert for in-depth knowledge of primary function.

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity to ensure associate confidence and protection of the integrity of HR operations and information.

· Demonstrated project management skills required.

· Experience in designing, assessing, customizing, and delivering leadership development strategies and programs and organizational interventions required.

· Tactical planning to lead and accomplish specific projects or tasks.

· Judgment is required to solve problems which may require interpretation of policies and practices.
