Oversee documentation of as-is and to-be process and system flows
Incorporate results of data and transaction analysis to validate source systems, data formats, and transaction volume
Develop and maintain integrated RTM to include changes needed to get from “as-is” to “to-be” state and changes for major interfaces
Document BRDs and Functional Designs for customer application and interfaces (inbound/outbound)
Provide input to SCRs
Prepare materials and attend IPRs, CDRs, and CCB meetings
Facilitate regular drumbeats with system partners to design solutions/ COAs, coordinate design/development/test schedules, and update MOAs
Collaborate with Integrated Testing team on documenting end-to-end test scenarios and scripts and identifying and staging test data (SIT, UAT) for key interfacing systems
Identify training requirements (new/updated content)
Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field
Minimum 4 years of experience with IT or systems modernization projects. Experience must include requirements gathering and analysis, process documentation, system design, and testing.
Minimum of 2 years of project management and team lead experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills working in a technical environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-process teams
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
