Position Title Processor Auto Req ID 62998BR Job Description This individual is responsible for support of the asset management team in St. Paul, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Clearwater. Multiple roles included Office Coordination, Loan Administration, Asset Management Support and Special Transactions Support. Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust to changing priorities and manage deadlines. The ability to read and understand loan documents, and financial statements is key to success. Asset Management Support: * Process Replacement Reserve draws submitted by Borrowers within the department guidelines * Accuracy * Compliance with Loan Documents * Completeness * Schedule property inspections for the Asset Management Department * Prepare property inspection forms for Asset Managers * Management of Replacement Reserve Mailbox as needed * Management of Financial Mailbox as needed * Assist with special projects as necessary Office Coordinator: * Maintain and stock office with paper and office supplies; order office supplies on a monthly basis for the St. Paul office, coordinating with the designated person in that office.
