Company is looking for a Lender Relations Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring our customer s real estate and financial pursuits are not interrupted by educating the real estate industry about our title recordings, as well as providing requested documentation supporting compliance with lending guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively and professionally process high volume filings and manage and prioritize a high volume of internal and external inquiries via email and phone Interact daily with customers, including internal teams - primarily the Customer Account Management Group CAMG, as well as external parties, including Lending Institutions, Escrow and Title Agents, and other third-party real estate service providers. These parties may include real estate service providers assisting our customers in their property refinance or sale Prepare and submit title recordings to third parties Proactively manage all workflow queues and case load Communicate effectively to manage customer objections to resolution Become a recordings expert by answering questions and advising and troubleshooting recordings issues Become an expert in Fannie Mae, FHA-HUD and other third party requirements related to solar energy systems Drive other projects as required or as business needs change QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in a customer facing, project management role or similar Excellent problem solving, project management skills and analytical skills Familiarity with real estate terms and processes Proficient in the use of Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Professional, MS Office Advanced keyboard skills Mature, calm, collaborative and positive demeanor Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Ability to positively and effectively interact with internal and external customers Regular, reliable and predictable performance required Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal screen Company is an Equal Opportunity - Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
