PwC New Ventures will identify, develop and commercialize technology-enabled products that deliver PwC value, knowledge and experience to our clients. Each new venture will focus on a data-driven platform or other IP-based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new ventures, we will foster a culture of innovation within the Firm. The product management team is responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap from conception of ideas to worldwide launch and identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating timetables, pricing and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8 Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or like field Knowledge Preferred: Intimate level of knowledge in the following areas:
Developing digital projects, release planning, creating roadmaps and managing and creating backlog/requirements utilizing prioritization planning;
Creating competitive analyses for potential products, to drive appropriate segmentation approaches and to develop preliminary business cases â€“ refining them all as emergent information arises; and,
Managing multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with designers, business users and developers to innovate and drive product development. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Working with high level UX principles such as user stories, pretotype/prototype development approaches and information architecture and customer/product research methodologies (e.g., A/B testing and MVT);
Designing engaging user experiences for desktop, web, or mobile apps;
Combining strategic thinking with tactical execution as well as a passion for project management.
