The Business Architecture Lead will be responsible for the following:
Manage overall BPR effort: process inventory, documentation standards and templates, customer review & sign-off
Document end-to-end “as-is” business processes, to include identification of GL events, mapping of relevant audit deficiencies/ NFRs, and identification of stakeholder groups
Document end to end “as-is” system and data flows
Define “to-be” process and system flows for alignment with customer & CFMS functionality, to standardize across BSOs, incorporate efficiencies (process, system interfaces), and address NFRs and material weaknesses
Develop plans to implement process changes (e.g. additional training, updates to local SOPs)
Coordinate with BPI team on quarterly updates to BPS flows and PCMs.
Coordinate with FMP-2 on changes/clarification required for customer policies based on BPR findings
Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field
Minimum 7 years of experience with business transformation or systems modernization projects. Experience must include requirements gathering and analysis, business process re-engineering, process measurement, and change management.
Minimum of 4 years of project management and team lead experience.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills working in a technical environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-process teams
Lean Six Sigma
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
