SUMMARY:

Under general direction, partners with the Dir Communications & PR to prepare, deliver, and archive Firm-wide communications to Core and Consultant audiences with a focus on the advancement and maintenance of communication platforms. They will also represent the Communications team in strategic projects and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver recurring Firm-wide communications and Consultant communications to target audiences using various communication vehicles in accordance with Firm guidelines.

  • Develop the communications strategy as a core member on project teams for enterprise-level projects and strategic initiatives. Manage the concept, writing, platforms, and roll-out of those project communications.

  • Assist the Dir Communications & PR on sensitive firm-wide change management communications as needed.

  • Assist Communications team with ad-hoc email requests to include business continuity and adverse events.

  • Create targeted and effective content for various communication platforms to include emails, digital signage, webcasts, intranet, and text/voice messaging, etc.

  • Partner with IT and Creative Services to manage and maintain communication platforms to include constant contact, digital signage, webcasts, intranet, text/voice messaging, etc.

  • Assist in script writing and producing content for the quarterly firm-wide webcasts.

  • Consistently review and report analytics to identify and recommend enhancements to existing communications programs for increased adoption.

  • Maintain expertise in the field of Communications, frequently proposing new opportunities for the department to move the Firm forward.

  • PR Specialist - Share and seek information on communication requirements.

  • Copywriter Partner for proofing and editing expertise.

  • IT - Consult and partner with to maintain and improve communication platforms.

  • Corporate Leaders/Personnel - Partner with to coordinate internal communications.

  • Field Leaders/Associates - Partner with to coordinate internal communications.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing and 2 plus years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Lotus Notes, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred. Experience in video production is preferred.
