Position Purpose

This position supports YNG+, a global user-pay program for the 18-30-year-old young adult children of YPO members. They will coordinate the administrative needs of the YNG+ team, take the initiative assisting members of the department in providing exceptional member value, and provide front line customer service to YNG+ members and YPO member parents.

The YNG+ Coordinator is responsible for increasing business intelligence for YNG+ and the organization by creating and deploying meaningful reports and dashboards. Additionally, they will enhance overall business intelligence for YNG+, enabling smart, strategic business decisions and continuous improvement, integrating research and analytics data into decision making to increase the depth and breadth of insight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate all YNG+ registration and onboarding processes, in close collaboration with YPO Member Services, online platform vendors and the YNG+ Community Manager

  • Serve as first point of contact for YNG+ inquiries from YNG+ members, YPO members and management team, managing the YNG team inbox

  • Foster effective relationships with all levels of contacts, including Family Council members, management team, outside resources and vendors

  • Develop processes to coordinate with other departments for intra-office communications, system reports, other needed tasks

  • Manage YNG+ team calls and team information systems

  • Support team with processing of YNG+ contracts and invoices and coordinating payments to vendors

  • Devise and execute analytics and reporting strategies for YNG+

  • Support team with all analytics, survey and reporting needs; manage platform, event and community metrics and pull reports as requested

  • Review YNG+ evaluations to monitor and measure member experience

  • Partner with IT to build out engagement metrics to better measure member experience and collaborate on YNG+ data analytics efforts

  • Provide insights to improve business performance – applying quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources as needed

  • Ensure that key performance indicators are effectively monitored by establishing a measurement infrastructure including implementation of tracking reports and success metrics

  • Assists in the design and development of surveys, data gathering and databases to access and preserve business intelligence

  • Develop ad-hoc qualitative reports such as case studies and focus groups as business needs arise

  • Assist with coordination of special projects as requested


  • College degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical and research training and skills, understanding of statistics, experience of quantitative and qualitative research and analytics and their application

  • Minimum three years of customer service or executive-level administrative support experience

  • Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and database management (preferably Salesforce)

  • Experience in market research or business analytics desirableSKILLS

  • Critical evaluation of data/information gathered from multiple sources

  • Eagerness to research and investigate data to find implications on business and organization

  • Google Analytics: experience with reporting, setting up profiles, creating GA tracking codes

  • Experience with various analytic software packages: SPSS, Content Analysis (QDA/Wordstat preferred).

  • Good interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with people of all levels both inside and outside the team and organization

  • Ability to work in a multi-culture environment and as part of a virtual team

  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and set priorities in a timely fashion

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (less than 10%)
