Description

The candidate should have working knowledge of the loan closing process and be able to work with the Portfolio Underwriting team to make the necessary changes to loan documentation.

  • Completes multiple daily functions in an accurate and timely fashion

  • Provide customer service for internal and/or external customers

  • May require multi-tasking and cross training within the department

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Must possess ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced, deadline oriented environment.

  • Ensures all activities meet Bank, departmental, and regulatory expectations

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3 years of experience with commercial loans, regulatory requirements and credit policy.

  • Prior work experience in a business/commercial lending environment is required with knowledge of customary products, practices and policies.

  • Highly-effective written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and with all levels of management.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment while maintaining service level agreements.

  • Ability to effectively manage a pipeline of credits, independently prioritizing activities.

  • Must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Moody’s Risk Analyst & Access are preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F, 8-5
