Define and document As-Is Processes and Procedures utilized by Medical Services Group. Conduct analysis of As-Is processes and procedures and recommend changes to them. Document requirements to obtain and implement process and procedure changes. Conduct data analysis for reporting for services provided by Medical services group. Determine requirements for an Occupational Health system for client; develop statement of work (SOW) for procurement of solution. Conduct market analysis of current occupational health solutions. Conduct data analysis in regards to HIPAA and PII sensitivities, and determine proper handling requirements for data

Supplemental Duties

Serves as the business process lead for researching and identifying process change within the OHAW group and customer liaison to define OHAW support requirements Applying their knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, EPC, and BPEL) to documenting processes. Document process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models Analyze process models as they are (¿as-is¿), compare them to the future and improved designs (¿to-be¿) and determine the necessary changes for arriving at the improved state identify, document and analyze business rules that govern the implementation of business processes Write Business Process Management System (BPMS) specifications to be used by the developers for process automation Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, existing software applications and general business operations. Experience working with sensitive data, specifically HIPAA, OSHA & DOT compliance and security Experience with medical applications ¿ eMR, eHR or Occupational Health Data Management Asist in leading the facilitation of process redesign workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance Test and execute processes using the BPMS to ensure that the right results are achieved Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery Have a high proficiency with Abode Acrobat pdf manipulation and extracting data for reporting Experience with SharePoint 2010 or newer. Prepare Process Flows to outline end-to-end processing between customer intake and OHAW support Assist PM to clarify business procedures Direct analysis of complex business and technical requirements and converting requirements into support processes and procedures Gather OHAW regularly scheduled and adhoc reporting requirements for customer when necessary; collaborate across business units to produce reports Ability to conduct analysis of the more complex systems
