As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Executive Assistant in our Commercial Aircraft Segment located in Winston-Salem, NC.

  • JOB SUMMARY*

Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, the Executive Assistant will perform diversified administrative duties of a highly confidential nature for select executives.

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Requires a high degree of organization, structure, initiative, accuracy, judgment and diplomacy as well as a thorough understanding of business practices and procedures along with the ability to interface well with all levels of management

  • Performs work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature

  • Receives, screens and directs telephone calls, answers inquiries and transmits instructions in executives’ absence

  • Completes, updates and manages travel arrangements and itineraries

  • Prepares and submits expense reports promptly and accurately

  • Schedules meetings and appointments while coordinating calendars involving variety of important constituents – employees, executives, external parties such as customers, suppliers and candidates

  • Greets guests and callers

  • Organizes meetings and other company functions, including arranging meals

  • Collects, organizes, assembles and distributes documents for meetings

  • Compiles and maintains files and reports for finance related to financial and business review meetings.

  • Compiles special reports, conducts special projects, and performs administrative duties as required

  • Contacts management peers and outside individuals to obtain, furnish and/or exchange complex information

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*

  • Associate’s Degree

  • 5+ years related experience supporting senior executives and/or executive officers

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

  • Experience working in large organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce.

  • Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
