P3Hired People Operations Manager (Human Resources) in Arlington, Virginia
The ideal candidate will make a significant impact by taking a consultative approach to efficiently building, delivering and managing tactical and strategic HR programs and services for the leading SaaS-based company in the civic technology space. This person must thrive in a fast-paced, high engagement environment and possess an extraordinary desire to innovate even the most basic transactional aspects of HR. This person will also play a key role in building out HR Infrastructure to include policies and procedures, employee and manager toolkits and the HRIS infrastructure. This role will be on the front line working closely with employees, managers and other team members to provide hands-on HR services that include benefits administration, compensation, training, policy development & interpretation, legal compliance, employee relations, on-boarding, off-boarding, conflict management and more. This person must be comfortable and experienced working with a dynamic and passionate team, providing top-notch HR services and bring an analytical approach to problem solving.

Significant hands-on transaction processing (new hires, exits, compensation changes, employee relations questions, benefits).
Support managers with ER issues and in delivering impactful, constructive feedback while minimizing company risk
Build and manage relationships with vendors and partners such as benefits, technology (HRIS), professional and leadership development to ensure management of key programs such as company benefits; 401k plan administration, medical benefits renewal and open enrollment, onboarding, automation, etc.
Provide stellar service to employees with benefit questions including, time off requests, policies, benefits, forms, records and practices; provide timely resolution of all employee issues
Conduct exit interviews and provide consistent feedback to upper management
Assist in developing and ensuring compliance with company policies / procedures and employment compliance
Partner with Executive Team on priority projects and other day-to-day administrative functions
At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or Generalist role
PHR, SPHR strongly preferred
BS or BA in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
Prior experience with recruiting in the tech industry or SaaS-based environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and trends to drive improvement in people operations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to keep and maintain confidentiality
A good sense of humor, flexibility and an ability to continuously innovate in a dynamic environment
