You will be part of McKinsey's Risk function, whose mission is to enable McKinsey's client impact and innovation, while managing risks to our firm, our clients, and our people. The function is a highly integrated global team, with backgrounds including communications, consulting, diplomacy, government, government affairs, and law. Within the function, a small group of colleagues is specifically focused on building awareness on risk, professional standards and values. You will work closely with client-serving partners and teams across the firm, with other professionals including our Learning, Communications, and Legal teams, and with our vendors and other external workers in the learning area. What You'll Do Your primary focus will be on our global efforts to build awareness on risk, professional standards and values - across learning (digital and firm learning programs), communications (digital, campaigns), and engagement (risk conversations among key groups across the firm). You will play a role across the four "pillars" of our risk model: awareness governance, advice, and assurance. Your impact will include evolving the mindsets and behaviors of all 27,000+ members of the firm and its 4,000+ external workers. Youll work with internal colleagues and vendors to support the development and updating of the Professional Standards and Risk (PSR) Learning library of 50+ online courses. Youll also drive process improvements initiatives to gain increased efficiencies and opportunities particularly around our digital learning program, e.g., improved feedback collection, learning experience around curricula, year-end renaming process, etc. Youll project manage the evolution of the PSR website into a user-friendly portal to find answers and an easy-to-access repository for our policies and guidelines, while being responsible for developing and innovating content. Furthermore youll help evolve our communications strategy for risk awareness and then help develop and deliver innovative, attention-getting, firm-wide materials and campaigns across channels. Another priority will be to help develop, analyze and apply data on risk awareness to inform our evolving priorities and compliance activities.
