TCG Atlanta has a new fulltime long-term contract job with a client in Midtown, Atlanta. This job is for a UX Designer with at least 3+ years of experience. This UX Designer could become a permanent job if it?s a fit for both parties.

In this position, you will develop creative strategy, be integral in design sprints and provide creative direction and design process management. As a UX Designer you should expect to combine hands-on execution skills with a strong sense of leadership to create consumer-focused experiences effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, prototypes, and mockups/comps to effectively communication interaction and design ideas

  • Strong use of Sketch, Axure and Adobe CS

  • Manage the digital creation and evolution of guidelines, frameworks, and UI patterns and systems to effectively manage a UX practice

  • Create UX and design best practices and processes

  • Clearly articulate the rationale behind your design thinking

  • Manage time across several ongoing projects

  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical partners to understand their strategic objectives

  • Act as a liaison between the UX team and any third party vendors, evaluating work and sharing feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor?s degree in design or related field is REQUIRED

  • 3+ years? experience with UX creative design and digital problem solving, specifically for mobile experiences

  • Preferably experience in agency/design environment or internal brand management organization

  • Ability to create strong visuals to help facilitate understanding of design concepts is a MUST

  • Experience in workshop facilitation is a plus

  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment

  • Strong understanding of usability testing is a plus

  • Strong social skills

  • Strong ability to clearly communicate ideas and present concepts to others concisely

  • Deep respect for collaboration and partnership
